Welcome Dan Reeve!
My name is Dan Reeve. I’m the most recent addition to the Blue/Edge technical team and have a broad range of experience from my overseas roots that I bring to the table. I have a varied IT background working as a contractor in the UK for the past 7 years providing everything from telephone and remote support through to project design and implementation. My focus is as a System Administrator with a history of success designing and supporting complex multi-site network systems.
Having working in the IT industry for the last 10 years, I have a solid grounding in all aspects of helpdesk support and project lifecycle. I have a great deal of experience and expertise in the installation, configuration and support of a wide array of hardware, software and network components. Combined with a proven talent for quickly isolating and resolving complex technical issues while providing support to multiple local and remote systems concurrently, I hope you’ll find me qualified to support your network systems.
I specialize in Microsoft technologies along with skills installing and configuring VMWare infrastructure. I have supported large corporate environments along with ensuring that small business customers are well cared for.
Aside from IT experience I am a keen snowboarder, having spent the first few months of the year in Fernie, BC.
